There goes August… but did you know that as far as food festivals go, September is actually the busiest month for Ty Gwyn Cider? The Ludlow and Abergavenny Food Festivals are fantastic opportunities to spread the Ty Gwyn gospel. And then there’s the Three Counties Autumn Show and the Newport Food Festival on the 1st October. Busy, busy, busy!

Brewfest, Cardiff

We recently got back from one of the country’s best beer festivals, the Brewfest in Cardiff. We spent three days keeping the cider fans of that great city happy. It has already paid dividends in terms of new customers coming on board, and we’d like to welcome the Urban Taphouse Newport and the St. Julian Inn, Caerleon to the Ty Gwyn family.

Autumn is coming…

Our thoughts are just beginning to turn to all the cider apples and perry pears we are going to have to press this Autumn to keep pace with demand! A lot of hard work lies ahead, but it’s a very exciting time too. If you’re a trade customer, please get in touch if you want to bring staff members on an outing to see how our cider is made.

BTW, if you had a stonking good August Bank Holiday and ran out of Ty Gwyn, please get in touch to re-order!

See you at the cider bar!
